This paper points out that for psychology and psychiatry to become a true science that they must be rooted in the biological sciences, especially on the study of human physiology, and not just the human nervous system. The paper also pointed out that in as much as psychology deals with human existential matters, such as whether there is meaning or not in existence, that existentialist psychology and existential spirituality seem appropriate responses to the apparent meaningless of living on planet earth.

The food crisis has been a major headline around the world. Since the
beginning of this year, food prices have increased by over 65%. Aside from street protests in many parts of the world, there have also been panicky measures aimed at solving the food crisis. Whether those measureswill ultimately bring about abundance of food is subject to debate.

Cook rice in rice cooker or separate pot. In skillet, saucepan, or wok, heat oil. Add onions,  Ultimate Seasonings Mild Spice,tomatoes and let simmer for approx 10 minutes.  Add mixed vegetables. Add cooked meat/chicken and let simmer for another 5 minutes.  When water has dried out completely, add cooked rice and stir.

An august visit to my Italian friend welcomed me with a mouth watering, hand licking and a nose running meal (ironically true) Italian PASTA ALLA CARBONAR. which I thought will be a good idea to share with lovers of food and cooking so they can add some continental spice to the ever mouth watering African kitchen .
