Many people are asking this particular question but are afraid to think about it. My people have failed to free themselves – from victim mentality. They do not realise that a belligerent tone between the king and his Balogun is an indication that their God, or gods have actually answered their prayers.

Likewise, can the citizens kill the truth in their leaders? My answer is yes. For example, are Nigerians ready to rally round a candidate who truthfully tells them during campaign that he or she will not be able to repair their roads during the first three years of his or her tenure? If the answer is no, then the ruling goons will always lie about their agendas because the citizens themselves are not ready for the truth.
