Nigerians abroad are the worst when it comes to bad mouthing Nigeria, says auntie Dora, Minister of Information and Communication, who is currently leading a campaign to re-brand a drug most pharmacists considered dangerous for consumption. Auntie Dora seems to be saying, there's nothing wrong in portraying one's country as paradise even though the situation suggests otherwise. After all, India, USA & others do it.

Since they say that nothing lasts forever, not even gods can preclude this apocalypse. The economists who seem to be ruling the world also share the same sentiment through the theory of diminishing return. Even animals understand it. A goat is most likely to turn back and face its pursuer as the last resort. The holy books sanction such moment when circumstances inspired the meek to rise up against and defeat those reckless impetuous irresponsible people.

But let us look at tonight’s debate. The candidates must be focused, policy-oriented and play less on emotion. These two gladiators can make their point for and against one another without drawing blood but it would be better to make their points not by destroying themselves but by referencing them with the Republicans candidates. None of these candidates can afford to be vicious because such acts could turn off the electorates but decided or undecided.
